Victor Santana

Victor Santana oversees project management and construction administration at BC Architects, guiding projects from design through construction with a strong focus on coordination, quality, and execution.

With over 33 years of experience in the profession, Victor brings deep expertise in architecture, construction, and development. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Real Estate Development & Urbanism from the University of Miami and is a Florida Registered Architect, Certified General Contractor, and LEED Accredited Professional. In addition to his professional work, he has spent 20 years as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami.

Victor has been recognized for his work as a finalist in the ULI Gerald D. Hines Urban Design Competition and as a recipient of the Congress for the New Urbanism Charter Award.
