The architecture emphasizes elegance and resort-style living, integrating expansive amenity spaces that extend the residential experience beyond the private home. Carefully composed landscaping and elevated outdoor areas reinforce the project’s connection to its coastal setting.
Residents enjoy a curated collection of amenities including a landscaped tennis deck, controlled access parking, heated swimming pool, rooftop recreation terraces, fitness center, and private theater room—creating a complete luxury living environment within one vertical community.
Surrounded by one of Miami’s earliest planned communities, the project embraces the Mediterranean-inspired architectural language that defines the neighborhood while introducing refined modern living.
After assuming the project from a local design architect, BC Architects carefully refined the building’s exterior character and interior layouts to align with the city’s strict design standards. Working closely with local officials and presenting to the Coral Gables Board of Architects, the design was thoughtfully developed to respect its historic context while enhancing the urban streetscape.
The project features thoughtfully designed residences and office spaces, carefully selected materials, and two Art in Public Spaces installations developed with local artists. Through close collaboration with the client, consultants, and contractors throughout design and construction, the project ultimately achieved Board approval and was successfully completed, contributing a refined architectural presence to the evolving Coral Gables landscape.
