Biscayne Beach

Where the bay meets the sky

In the heart of Miami’s East Edgewater, Biscayne Beach brings the waterfront to life with sculptural elegance and panoramic views. The luxury high-rise condo tower and club sits on a prime bayfront site between the Julia Tuttle and MacArthur Causeways.

To frame-sweeping views over the bay and coastline from every angle, we envisioned a C-shaped tower plan. Within its 51 stories, we created 399 residences, rooftop tennis courts, and Miami’s first man-made beach overlooking the bay.

Designing for beauty and ease

To create the tower’s elegant, curved glass façade, we worked through technical challenges such as aligning sliding glass doors with curved floors for a beautiful and seamless end-user experience.

At the ground level, we coordinated service access, beach cabanas, and pedestrian flow to maintain the relaxed feel residents expect throughout the site

Complex site with a strong finish

The building’s footprint follows the natural contours of its setting, widening at the water’s edge and tapering inland like the head and handle of a hammer. This distinctive geometry influenced everything from the tower’s structure to the flow of movement and views throughout the site.

At the heart of the project, the beach club invites relaxation with sunken firepit seating, waterfall showers tucked among the palms, and a maze leading to a bayfront promenade. We used green glass, recessed balconies, and a sculptural crown to emphasize the tower’s vertical profile.

Inside, we partnered with renowned interior designer Thom Filicia to bring a spa-like atmosphere to the interior with warm earth tones, soft green hues, and natural, sea-inspired textures.

Throughout the design, we prioritized sustainability with LEED Silver-certified materials, regionally sourced stone, and a stormwater system that protects the Miami River and surrounding ecosystem.

Reaching new heights

Today, a Biscayne Beach resident’s afternoon might include a rooftop tennis match, a stroll on the white sandy beach, and dinner at home with panoramic bay views.

This was more than our tallest tower. It was a test of collaboration. Design architects, developers, engineers, and interior designers came together with a bold vision to give residents a beautiful life by the bay.

The project was 99% sold when the tower topped off — an outcome worth celebrating, and proof that thoughtful design and precise execution drive long-term value.
