5000 North Ocean
A sculpted glass sanctuary
We envisioned 5000 North Ocean as a quiet sanctuary between sky and sea, nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway.
With 48 luxury residences, the tower offers residents an exclusive existence with uninterrupted ocean views. Each unit features private elevator foyers, generous balconies, and floor plans designed to dissolve the boundaries between inside and out.
Outside, resort-style amenities create a seamless extension of the natural landscape. An oceanfront pool and nearly half an acre of restored dunescape connect residents to the rhythms of the coast.

Shaped by the coastline
Instead of treating these requirements as restrictions, we embraced them as a way to create a quiet dialogue between the architecture and its surroundings. The result is a building that feels attuned to its coastal environment. Refined. Respectful. Resolute of its place.
A material palette that mirrors the Atlantic
Your arrival at 5000 North Ocean unfolds in intentional moments: a narrow entry that slowly widens as you drive, a monument sign, a gatehouse, and a sculptural porte cochere. As you pass each one, the tower rotates into view.
Each floor holds three residences, designed around a private corridor. The corner units open to views on three sides, while the central unit looks straight to the ocean. We used materials that echo the coastal setting: glass, stone, and warm wood accents.
A vertical spine traces the height of the façade, separating mirrored units and forming a quiet architectural seam with a crown-like form that points to the sky.
From vision to value
Between the flowing unit layouts, refined façade, and sweeping ocean views, this project draws attention from developers and residents alike.
This is a design proudly and respectfully shaped by the coastline, built for people who appreciate the serenity of oceanfront living.
